Top of Page

This year, all GSCS students will receive a Chromebook in grades K-12. For the 2022-2023 school year, all schools will collect a $10 technology insurance fee. Fees are due by Friday, August 12, 2022. Payments can be made at the school or online at
Please see the GSCS Technology Insurance & Device Agreement for more information at
If the device is damaged, the $10 technology fee will cover the cost of any repairs or replacement if needed.
If a student damages two devices beyond repair, the student will be responsible for the replacement cost of the third (and subsequent) devices, which is $325. This cost will have to be paid, or a payment plan agreed upon by the principal before a new device can be received.
Insurance does not cover lost or stolen devices or chargers. The replacement cost of a lost charger is $20.
