School Improvement is a framework for connecting Curriculum, Instruction, Assessment, Leadership, Professional Development, Culture, Organization, Equity and Relationships for a collective improvement cycle. The School Improvement framework requires leaders who are able to lead in many different ways and in numerous circumstances. Administrators, teachers, students and district leaderships are invaluable to this effort. Collaboration among schools, the district, community and state provide the backbone for the sustainability of this framework.
