The Griffin-Spalding County School System posts contests here as a service to our students.
- Posted contests are related to relevant curriculum areas such as:
- Academics
- Character Education / Citizenship
- Health / Safety (transportation, drug and/or alcohol, fire, medical)
- Fine Arts
- These contests do not require a nomination from a teacher or school. School-level competitions are also not required. However, contests may require a student to secure a teacher sponsor. Students may also be responsible for securing needed resources to complete the requirements of the contest.
- The opinions, products, activities, and/or services of these contests are neither
sponsored or endorsed by the Griffin-Spalding County School System.
- Since participation in these contests is voluntary, instructional time may not be used for the student to work on contest preparation.
- Please note that these contests may have restrictions or requirements.
