Substitute Teachers
Griffin-Spalding County School System utilizes substitute teachers in all grade levels and subject areas. Substitutes must be at least 21 years old.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or
Teaching Certificate
Pay:
$65 per day
$80 per day for long-term substitute teachers (more than ten consecutive days)
NOTE : Substitute paraprofessionals are not eligible for long-term pay.

Two professional references required - if you provide email addresses for your references, forms will automatically be emailed to them. If you have not provided email addresses, then you must print reference forms and give them to your reference to complete.
Background checks are completed on all substitute teacher applicants.
