Implemented and released after months of research, planning and decision-making, the Griffin-Spalding County School System Balanced Scorecard is the system for measuring performance, strategically managing and communicating our target goals and results. Its foundation is in our mission and vision statements.

Throughout the school system, staff members have studied data and set targets for the upcoming school year. Both school level and department level employees participated in the process.
