The Employee Self Service portal provides employees with payroll and deduction information as well as the ability to submit changes to payroll (e.g. direct deposit information, addresses, tax election documents). Employees may register to access all their prior pay check stub information. Below is the link to the ESS login as well as a powerpoint with instructions on how to navigate the website. For first time users, you will need to click on the "Register" link on the login page and create a new account. The employee number is needed to register. To find your employee number, you can look on a prior pay stub (starting with July 2019), contact HR/Finance, or ask your school secretary.
Employees may use ESS to complete an application for direct deposit or change contact information. When submitted through ESS, the information will be received by the Finance Department for processing. They may also print out the forms from the links below and submit to the Finance Department.
