The Employee Self Service portal provides employees with payroll and deduction information as well as the ability to submit changes to payroll (e.g. direct deposit information, addresses, tax election documents). Employees may register to access all their prior pay check stub information. Below is the link to the ESS login as well as a powerpoint with instructions on how to navigate the website. For first time users, you will need to click on the "Register" link on the login page and create a new account. At this time, the employee number you will use during registration is the same as your social security number.
Employees may use ESS to complete an application for direct deposit or change contact information. When submitted through ESS, the information will be received by the Finance Department for processing. They may also print out the forms from the links below and submit to the Finance Department.
